Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has said the party is preparing its next course of action regarding the alleged examination paper leak in Punjab following the conclusion of its 36-day student protest in New Delhi.

Speaking after the demonstration ended, Dipke said the organization is reviewing the issue and will announce its future strategy in the coming days.

"We are planning for it. We will announce the future strategy soon. Please give us a little time. We will address that too," Dipke said.

Protest Ended After Education Minister's Resignation

The student-led protest at Jantar Mantar concluded after the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The agitation focused on demands for action over the alleged NEET examination paper leak and concerns related to student welfare. Protest organizers said they decided to end the demonstration after the Centre accepted their demands.

CJP Seeks Withdrawal of FIRs Against Students

Apart from raising the Punjab issue, Dipke also addressed police cases registered against students who participated in the protests.

He said discussions with the government are ongoing and reiterated that students should not face legal action for taking part in the demonstrations.

According to Dipke, the party wants all FIRs filed against protesting students to be reviewed and withdrawn.

Punjab Government Rejects Paper Leak Allegations

The Punjab government has denied allegations that an examination paper leak occurred.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia described the allegations as politically motivated and claimed that no paper leak has taken place in Punjab during the past four and a half years.

According to Sisodia, the incident involved students attempting to cheat by using Bluetooth-enabled smart pens inside an examination hall. He said university authorities detected the devices, confiscated them and informed the police.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's Response

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann also rejected claims of a paper leak.

He said the incident was related to an organized cheating attempt rather than a leak of examination papers.

According to Mann, students allegedly used Bluetooth devices to transmit questions outside the examination centre and receive answers electronically. He added that the accused students and those assisting them were identified and apprehended within minutes of the examination beginning.

Officials also alleged that individuals facilitating the cheating operation were charging between ₹3 lakh and ₹5 lakh per candidate.

CJP has indicated that it will soon outline its next steps regarding the Punjab allegations while continuing discussions with the government over legal cases involving student protesters.

The controversy has intensified the national debate over examination security, cheating methods and the need for stronger safeguards to ensure fair and transparent recruitment and entrance examinations.
