Andhra MP Lingamaneni Ramesh Says Son Took Hyderabad Crash Victim to Hospital

Andhra Pradesh Rajya Sabha MP and Jana Sena Party leader Lingamaneni Ramesh has spoken about his son Sanjush's alleged involvement in a fatal road accident in Hyderabad that resulted in the death of a 26-year-old woman.

Ramesh said the accident was deeply unfortunate and expressed condolences to the woman's family. He also appealed to people not to speculate about the circumstances while the police investigation remains underway.

The accident occurred on August 16 near Inorbit Mall in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Bharati Mukhi, who worked at a store, was fatally hit by an Aston Martin.

Police have named 21-year-old Sanjush as the accused and registered a case under Section 106(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for allegedly causing death through a rash or negligent act.

Sanjush Took Woman to Hospital, Says MP

Ramesh said his son was driving the Aston Martin when the accident occurred and that he immediately took the injured woman to a hospital.

According to Ramesh, Sanjush later informed the police about the accident and provided the authorities with the required information.

He said three separate medical tests were conducted on his son and that all of them returned negative results.

Ramesh added that his son is cooperating with the authorities and that the investigation will establish the complete circumstances surrounding the crash.

Family Says Legal Process Was Not Avoided

Ramesh rejected suggestions that his family had attempted to avoid the legal process.

He said nothing was being concealed and maintained that his son had complied with every procedure required by the authorities.

The MP also said his family respects the law and will provide full cooperation to the police during the investigation.

Police Investigation Continues

The fatal crash has drawn attention because of the involvement of a high-end Aston Martin and the political background of the accused's family.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the collision and the death of Bharati Mukhi.

The medical tests conducted on Sanjush reportedly returned negative results for drugs and alcohol. Authorities are continuing to examine available evidence as part of the investigation.

Ramesh has urged the public to allow the legal process to continue and said his family has full faith that the truth will emerge through a fair and impartial investigation.

MP Appeals Against Unverified Claims

Ramesh also appealed to the public and media users to avoid spreading unverified information about the case.

He said the grief of the victim's family should be respected and urged people not to prejudge the circumstances before the investigation is completed.

The MP said he would continue to cooperate with the police and support the bereaved family during the difficult period.
