A tragic road accident on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh, claimed the lives of five people after a sleeper bus collided with a car.

According to initial reports, all five people traveling in the car died at the scene due to the impact of the collision. Emergency teams rushed to the location and began rescue and relief operations shortly after the accident.

Bus Veers Off the Expressway After Collision

Following the crash, the sleeper bus lost control and veered off the expressway. Several passengers on board the bus sustained injuries and were provided medical assistance. Some of the injured were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Authorities are assessing the condition of the injured passengers while clearing the accident site to restore normal traffic movement.

Driver Fatigue Suspected

Preliminary information suggests that the bus driver may have dozed off while driving, causing the bus to collide with the car. Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
