Ishan Kishan Retains No.1 Position in ICC T20 Rankings, Abhishek Sharma Holds Second Spot

India's left-handed opener Ishan Kishan has retained the No.1 position in the latest ICC Men's T20I batting rankings, while fellow Indian batter Abhishek Sharma continues to hold the second spot.

The latest rankings underline India's dominance in T20 international cricket, with multiple Indian players featuring among the world's top batters.

Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan is ranked third, followed by England's Phil Salt in fourth place and Sri Lanka's Pathum Nissanka in fifth.

Tilak Varma and Jacob Bethell Make Headlines

India's Tilak Varma is ranked sixth, while England's Jos Buttler occupies the seventh position.

England batter Jacob Bethell has registered the biggest jump in the latest rankings after scoring an unbeaten 76 against India in the second T20I. His impressive innings helped him climb seven places to eighth.

Australia's Mitchell Marsh is ranked ninth, while South Africa's Dewald Brevis completes the top 10 batting rankings.

Rashid Khan Continues to Lead Bowling Rankings

In the ICC Men's T20I bowling rankings, Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan continues to hold the No.1 position.

Pakistan's Abrar Ahmed is ranked second, while England leg-spinner Adil Rashid has moved up one place to third.

Australia's Adam Zampa climbs to fourth, while India's Varun Chakravarthy slips two places to fifth.

Australia's Nathan Ellis and South Africa's Corbin Bosch occupy the sixth and seventh positions respectively after gaining one place each.

India pacer Jasprit Bumrah has dropped two places to eighth, followed by Sri Lanka's Wanindu Hasaranga in ninth and Afghanistan's Mujeeb Ur Rahman in tenth.

More Changes Expected

With two T20 matches still remaining in the ongoing India-England series, the ICC rankings could witness further changes. Strong performances from players on both sides may reshape the batting and bowling standings in the next rankings update.
