Vijay Unveils New ‘Jana Nayagan’ Poster, Release Buzz Grows After CBFC Clearance

Actor-politician C. Joseph Vijay has unveiled a new poster for his much-awaited film Jana Nayagan, reigniting excitement among fans after the movie received clearance from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

Directed by H. Vinoth, Jana Nayagan is expected to be Vijay's final film before fully focusing on his political career. The movie was previously delayed due to certification-related issues but has now received an 'A' certificate from the CBFC.

CBFC Clears Film After Months of Delay

Originally scheduled for release earlier this year, Jana Nayagan faced delays before finally securing certification.

The CBFC certificate lists the film's runtime at 183 minutes and 11 seconds, making it just over three hours long.

New Poster Creates Buzz Among Fans

Vijay shared the latest poster on social media without a caption. The poster prominently displays the film's certification and introduces him as "The Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu C. Joseph Vijay," attracting widespread attention online.

Fans quickly flooded social media with reactions, expressing excitement over the film's long-awaited release.

Release Date Yet to Be Confirmed

Although the makers have not officially announced a release date, reports and listings by the film's overseas distributor and ticket-booking platforms have sparked speculation that Jana Nayagan could arrive in theatres soon.

An official confirmation from the production team is still awaited.

Star-Studded Cast and Crew

Produced by KVN Productions, Jana Nayagan features Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, and Bobby Deol in key roles.

The film's music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, known for delivering chart-topping soundtracks for several blockbuster Tamil films.
