Bollywood filmmaker Prakash Jha is bringing back his popular crime drama Aashram with a fourth season. Prakash Jha Productions has confirmed that filming for Aashram 4 has begun, with Bobby Deol set to return in the lead role.

The production house announced the development on social media by sharing an image of a film clapboard carrying the title “Ek Badnaam Aashram”.

The announcement was captioned: “Another beginning. Welcome to the new chapter of Aashram. Japnaam. Filming for Aashram 4 is underway.”

Bobby Deol Returns as Baba Nirala

Bobby Deol is expected to reprise his role as Baba Nirala, the central character of the series. His performance in the previous seasons became one of the major talking points surrounding the show.

The makers have not yet revealed detailed information about the fourth season's storyline, but the new chapter will continue the story surrounding Baba Nirala and the world of his ashram.
